Vehicle Pledge Registry (VPR), a member of Diranor Group, processes information for vehicle-interest registration, searching, verification, security, audit and administration.
Information processed
This may include vehicle registration numbers, brand, model, chassis details where supplied, interested-party information, interest details, search history, certificate identifiers, dates and security/audit information.
Purpose
Information is used to operate VPR, produce search reports, preserve historical search evidence, investigate disputes, protect the platform and maintain administrative records.
Accuracy and correction
Affected persons may request review of information they believe is inaccurate. VPR may require reasonable evidence before changing a record.
Security
VPR uses access controls, protected administrative sessions, audit records, input validation and protected certificate links.
Retention
Records may be retained where reasonably necessary to preserve registry integrity and audit history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or establish what information was available at the time of a historical search.
